The ears are feeding on Jaguar Love - Videotape Seascape

i am not a
marxist/leninist/communist/
socialist/christian communist/
anarchic communist/egalitarian/
utilitarian/fascist/feminist/
conservative/nationalist/
libertarian/capitalist/democrat/
republican/blah blah blah

i'm thinking mostly about the state of being a christian. christianness. reading about christian communists and their argument that Jesus and the early church practiced that is kind of funny, because i wonder why we contribute truth we may find in political systems to man-made labels (i'm not always against labels, but i don't know how else to word what i'm thinking) as proof of being more correct than the opposition, and because all truth belongs to God and we - as christians - forget where it stems from and instead ascribe the truth to a man-made thought of perfection or idealism?

aaaauugghh i'm not even going to bother editing what i just wrote, i'm not sure why i'm trying to explain what i'm trying to say:

what happened to christianity as it is supposed to be? a living, breathing body of Jesus that does the perfect will of the Father by the power of his Spirit, that encompasses every single aspect of life (socially, economically, etc) because it is where the kingdom of God is?

why is it that christian anarchism - which is the idea and truth that God is God and He is the ONLY ruler and the ONLY King and ONLY authority over all, and any law/political system not in line with that is NOT of God - isn't just known as christianity? when did christianity make you take sides politically? i feel like i'm saying a dirty word - politics. eeee. mostly because it's so overused in bigblogland, which is mostly dominated by the lovely americans, and, you know, i'm not expecting many people to read this anyway - but if you happen to be reading this and have something to say... i'm not looking for an argument here. i'm just frustrated at the mess we have all made.

have we forgotten or not known that the word christian isn't the safest identity to take on, because of how insanely radical it is?

i know everything i just wrote has been said before (since there is nothing new under the sun), but i'm writing this mostly to remind myself of what i believe in.

oh my head hurts
